All requests for free returns must be initiated within 14 days from the receipt of your order by contacting us.

As per our free return policy if you are returning your order because you have received a wrong, defective, or damaged product, be assured that we will initiate a refund for it after approving your return request which can take up to 2 working days. We will inform you via email once we have initiated the refund process.

For claiming a free return you must make sure to upload in the return form images of the wrong, defective, or damaged products that you have received. You can wrote to our support team  ²and attach product images in support of your return request if you haven't uploaded images in the return form.

In case of a free return we will either pay you for the return shipping cost or refund you for the damaged, defective, or wrong product received by you.
